WHICH ARE THE DIFFERENT WAYS OF PURCHASING ANY OF OUR WOOUF PRODUCTS? AND THE ADVANTAGES?
All of our products can be purchased with or without the filling. Ordering only the cover you will save up on filling material shipping, which usually increases the total price of the order due to its volume.
In our e-shop you can look up the filling quantity required for each model.
We also advice you to recycle your old cushions at home and use them as filling for our pillows models.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
There are two ways of making an order:
· Through our website; following e-shop instructions. You will be able to purchase any of our products easily, with assured security condition with your credit card or by Paypal system.
· Sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating model, quantity and purchasing option selected (with or without filling material). We will confirm your order by e-mail, detailing the total cost of your order as well as shipping costs. Then you will only have to make a deposit into our bank account number, provided to you previously or communicate us your credit card details.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS AFTER MY ORDER OF PURCHASE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
You have 14 days to desist of your order. In this case you will have to inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will refund the total refund. Shipping costs of the return of the product/s will be at the charge of the customer.
Untill we have sent your order, you can make all the changes you want, advising us at email@example.com.
WHICH ARE THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS? ARE THEY SECURE?
We have two different payment possibilities, depending on how you choose to make your order:
· Credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard if you choose to use our e-shop (payment protected through PayPal system or TPV system).
· Bank transfer if you choose to make your order by e-mail.
Both payment methods are completely secure.
WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in our e-shop depending on your order and destination.
If you don’t find your country in “Destination” in the e-shop you can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a personalized quotation.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
When making an order, a message will appear on your screen showing that your order has been sent correctly to Woouf and you will soon receive an e-mail confirmation for your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Deliveries inside EU take from 3 to 5 days (working days) and 4 to 8 days for other countries outside the EU, always depending on our stock availability.
We do not have our own logistic company; Woouf hires a delivery service therefore we do not make ourselves responsibles for any delays or complications in the delivery of your purchase.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT?

In order to change a product: you have 7 days from the date of arrival of your purchase to inform us by e-mail of a change of product, sending an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the product you wish to change and the reason why you wish to change it. Any change will only be accepted when the item/s are in perfect conditions with its original packaging. All changed products will be sent to the following address: c/ Pujades nº 77-79, Planta 3 Local 8C, 08005 Barcelona, España. Any exchange of an item for a different item will generate extra costs will be charged to the client.
